Hibiki Harmony encapsulates the harmony that exists between Japanese nature and people. Plum and roses on the nose backed up by a hint of mizunara oak and dark chocolate. Oily in texture and delightful in taste.

Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked using Manuka wood, and distilled through a hand beaten copper pot still. This 'work in progress' bottling offers natural smoke, cinnamon, clove, and Manuka oils.

Thomson Whisky distills single malt, blends and also bottles selected casks.
